All elements of life follow a certain style. Yet there’s one thing that never goes out of fashion, and that’s good food. Food operates as one of the key cultural signs that structure people’s identities and their concepts of others.

We had a wonderful opportunity to meet and be inspired by one of the 100 best chefs in the world, the Celebrity Chef. Gianfranco Chiarini and his lovely wife, Nutritionist Chef. Anna Chiarini who came to Macedonia at the invitation of the Macedonian Executive Chef. Filip Calovski. Gianfranco earns the title as one of the most diverse Chefs globally. His activities range from Michelin restaurants, deluxe hotels, R&D Chef,  TV personality, book writer, restaurateur, global consultant.

During their two-week stay in Macedonia, traveling across the country, experiencing our culture and cuisine while tasting some of our most traditional recipes, they took the time to kindly meet “Skopje Se Nosi” and to talk about fashion and lifestyle, slightly aside from the kitchen, but also about their background and their own personal “recipe” of life.

We attended his second Gala Dinner in Hunter’s Lodge Kamnik, an unforgetable night event experience that reflected the quality, imagination and excellence of his culinary style. We tasted and indulged in the delicacies, menu and wines created for the night from his and the hand of the Macedonian Executive Chef. Filip Calovski along with national chefs and the Chiarini Culinary Team.
